    If private relay is active /turned on/ then it does work on all networks - cellular, WiFi and lan. You need to disable it for each specific network and settings are on different menus in iOS for example. Read and follow the guide lines here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102022

    It’s DOCSIS 3.1 Companies started upgrading equipment last year in the US and I presume Canada. Standard has been available for many years with modems available 5+ years ago… but internet companies are slooow.
