Guest Network has no internet access unless I enable access to intranet

I was able to find out what the issue was with mine. I use Pihole as an adblocker and it is blocking Internet access when disabling Intranet on Guest Networks. If you are using Pihole, you can test this by connecting to the Guest Network and simply changing the DNS server on that device and you...

Guest Network has no internet access unless I enable access to intranet

I too have this issue with Guest Networks. No matter which one of the 3 I use. If Intranet is disabled, there is no internet at all for devices connected to the Guest Networks.

Disabling "Access Intranet" on RT-AX86U guest network causes IoT devices on primary network to repeatedly disconnect

I have this issue as well. It doesn't matter which Guest Network I use, 1-3 or what type of SSID or password. If Intranet Access is disabled, it blocks Internet access altogether. As soon as I enable it, then Internet access comes back. I don't remember it being this way in the past.

    Guest network isolation issue

Does disabling Intranet blocks internet altogether? No matter if I use Guest Network 1-3, if Intranet Access is disabled, there is no internet at all. As soon as I enable it, then internet comes back. Is that the intended behavior for Intranet Access option?

    YazFi Dot with guest networks

When I use Guest Network and disable Intranet, it completely blocks internet altogether. As soon as I enable Intranet, then internet comes back. I have already made a post and I am waiting on a response. I am not sure this is the intended behavior.

    Solved Help blocking incoming traffic

My concern is that this company called WYZE are known for dialing home (China). They say they don't do that anymore, but I just don't trust them. So when I disable internet access, I can view them while inside my network, but every few minutes the screen says disconnected, but then it...

    Solved Help blocking incoming traffic

On the Connections tab, I see the camera there and I can see an external destination IP. Does that mean that IP is where the camera is trying to connect to?

    Solved Help blocking incoming traffic

Maybe I am not explaining what I meant. When I am outside my network, I can access this camera via its app. I would like to NOT be able to do that from outside my network and only have access to it when I am inside my network. Does that make sense? Not sure If I am using the correct term here.

    Solved Help blocking incoming traffic

That blocks internet access altogether. I only need to block incoming traffic to this camera. When internet access is blocked...it starts disconnecting/reconnecting every few minutes...very annoying. It only stops doing that when I enable internet access. I am trying to test if the issue is...

    Solved Help blocking incoming traffic

Trying to block incoming traffic only to one of my IP cameras. So far I have tried iptables -I INPUT -s 192.168.1.126 -j DROP but, that doesn't seem to work. Is this correct? Thanks.
