Router RT-AX59U uses all my RAM

I have same problem with AX59U. Transfer over ftp to usb stick, speed (upload to usb) is very slow around 3MB/s. I see CPU go crazy and RAM is 99% full. Before i have RT-n18u same usb stick and everything was OK. I think this maybe some software problem... Did you find some solution for this...
