    R7800 Dynamic QoS?

I just performed a speed test with my iPhone 6s with QoS on: 95/11 and without: 51/12. I could not believe that turning off QoS could reduce my download by over 40 Mbps so I turned it back on and tested 71/11. Not sure if these tests are definitive or indicate anything.

    R7800 Dynamic QoS?

I turned on QoS and I haven't seen a difference in performance yet. I was wondering whether dynamic QoS on other Nighthawks has made any difference for other users.

    R7800 Dynamic QoS?

I just purchased a new Nighthawk R7800 and it's been a great router so far. I started exploring QoS features on my R7800 and wanted to know whether the dynamic QoS option should be used or not. Just a quick background, I have a 130/15 connection and have 3 laptops, three phones, an Xbox One, two...

    R7000 DD-WRT AC 5GHZ Tx Rate?

I just installed DD-WRT on my R7000 to see if it would be an improvement over the stock firmware. Everything is up and running however while connected to the 5GHZ band with my retina MBP that supports AC 1300, I only get a TX rate of 600 mbps when I used to get full 1300 mbps on the stock. Any...

Any Replacement Antennas for the R7000 Worth Looking at?

Are there any replacement antennas that are worth swapping the OEM ones out for to get better signal and possible better throughput?

Worth Upgrading from an R7000 yet?

I have been running an R7000 for about 2 years now and it has overall ran very nicely. It has needed to be rebooted probably less than 5 times in total and gives a good throughput and range across all 4 levels of my home to approximately 15 devices (mostly 5GHZ N and AC devices). I am quite...

R8000 vs RT AC-3200? Which one should I buy?

I have a Netgear R7000 which is doing great but I wanted to upgrade to a tri-band router to take advantage of the extra 5GHZ band as I have lately added a few AC clients and would like to separate them from the legacy 5GHZ clients I already have. I was deciding between the R8000 and the RT-...
