Thanks for all the details :), but that is what I have already done and it shows; When I use my vpn which bypasses the router blocking I can get to both sites with no issues.

Thats the weird thing, as when i run it from the command line it take a few minutes to complete, so I expected it to be the same on reboot. Is there any other way of checking it is working at all?
