Shame on me, weird but it seems Chrome's cache was messing up somehow! Cleared Chrome's data and the issue disappeared...

I've found this utility to automatically calculate an ATM overhead! Keep in mind, as mentioned in the readme, it only gives reliable results for an ATM link so basically it is only for ADSL connections!

Oh yeah... I have been messing around with pfsense these last days and that's the real deal! :) It is clearly not as simple to configure certain things however it's amazing what you can do with it! The only thing that is pulling me back for now is the Traffic Shapping aka QoS, it seems is not...
As far as I could understand the Chromecast is not even connecting to his wifi AP, so ports shouldn't be the issue and all those ports weren't supposed to be opened already in the first place!?
Ahahah... I think I have the same "Streaming" service as you! However I found that the traffic is already correctly identified even w/o the custom rule. ;)
