    It gets stranger still. I disabled the Service State on the OpenVPN page for 30 seconds and then re-enabled it. Then did a manual speed test of VPN vs WAN. The speed jumps up to more 'normal-expected' VPN slowdown (45Mbps vs 62Mbps). Yet it returns to the previous slowing trend at the next...
