Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.12 is now available for AC models

Is it related to my ISP, or is it a setting within the router, that I have messed up somehow? I mostly use things as default as possible, the only added feature is yazFi, I even disabled diversion. Any suggestions to what or where I can diagnose the access time issue?

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.12 is now available for AC models

It seems that AC 88U, has problems with the leasing time with this version. I have the standard 86400 seconds set on the leasing time. But my devices, keep getting disconnected after 6 minutes, then starts Access time from 0 and counts up again. Are there any suggestions, on how to prevent that?

I have the same problem with my RT-AC88U, I lose connection on ALL devices, except for LAN devices, they stay connected. It happens more often than every 2 hours. I have done all the steps mentioned in the first post, alongside I have also flashed the original AC firmware, I didn't have any...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.9 beta is now available for AC models

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.9 beta is now available for AC models

I have been doing a full upgrade (not dirty) to 386.9_alpha1-gfb36317a30. On that build, using my AC88U, it has been running on almost 100% on both cores a lot of the time, until I force turns the router off and on again. This again hits badly on clients that are connected to 2.4 GHz wifi...

    acsd hogging all cpu

It looks like it has helped. But i have to study in the day, perhaps more devices are using internet much more during the day, now it's 00:27 AM for me, and 10 devices are connected to the router.

    acsd hogging all cpu

I just restarted, and it still seems like everything is duplicated. I do have an AC66U connected as second access point on port 2, but i don't think that should call out duplicate on the first router.

    acsd hogging all cpu

I have been trying to figure out why my AC88U is spiking on CPU almost all of the time. Turns out it's from the file below. I do not know how to stop it from stealing all the CPU. /usr/sbin/acsd

Intermittent loss of Wi-Fi since upgrading to 386.7

I got the same issue on both 2.4 and 5Ghz I think it resets every night or so. Some devices had to log in to the routers network again, even if it's the same password also.
