    Release RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386.43129

It was previously set to ethernet backhaul and I double checked to see if it was the same and it was/is. I even toggle the option on and off and the results are the same. I am currently running the RT-AC68U as an AP now and my speeds are working like they were before this firmware update.

    Release RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386.43129

Upgraded to 3.0.0.4.386_43129 via RT-AC3100 gui just fine. My RT-AC68U is my AiMesh node. However, after upgrade to this new firmware, I can no longer transfer files into my NAS at a full 1Gbps, the RT-AC68U AiMesh node seems to throttle my speeds down to 600mbps~. I removed the RT-AC68U as a...

Your AX3000 should have more features available over your AC68U. For example, I upgrade my main to AC3100 because it offered OpenVPN feature which the AC68U does not. Now I have kept the AC68U as an AiMesh node. Do keep in mind, that once it becomes an AiMesh node you can no longer access it to...

AC3100 Syslog Auth and Assoc Successful with incorrect WPA2 key

Have you introduced any new devices into your network? Some devices, such as Samsung, will "attempt" to hide the MAC and will through random MAC and connect successfully to the your wi-fi. It may even be a new tablet or new phone that just got an update which is doing the above, and that's why...

AC3100 Syslog Auth and Assoc Successful with incorrect WPA2 key

My issue was with a Samsung phone. You have to go into the advance settings of the wi-fi you are connected and have it use the phone MAC. I've never had a Samung phone in my network until just recently that I introduce one and started to get these syslogs like crazy. Another solution provided in...
