Do you know of a "good" web site that I can follow the instructions as to how to get this back to default?
Also... does it make any difference if I allow the router to just stay plugged in for several hours before I attempt a speed test?
Resetting tomato back to default... since I have not tweaked anything since I had this installed... do me any good?
It seems like this router is malfunctioning somehow... advise?
I have two routers, an Asus RT-N56U (we'll call router "A") and an Asus RT-N66U ("B"). A router is factory while B has Tomato firmware installed.
I take B to Panama with me when I go... last trip I had trouble with the 5.o Ghz band and my laptop. I brought it home and was going to reset the B...
I found the "log" f0r the router... the 5GHz options just showed up on my list for the laptop. I tried to connect... gave me a message that "unable to connect".... bla bla.
