    I tried the firmware restore tool from Asus but no luck. As soon as I started removing static ip config from devices network settings the router started writing "ICV Error" in the log and it assigned ip address from 169.x.x.x instead of 192.168.1.x. I cannot understand the meaning of "ICV Error" :(

    First answer from support is to restore the modem and keep the 192.168.1.x network as it is for default settings but no luck... same mess after a couple of hours... I had to set static ip in all the devices that allow this kind of setting in its config.. Let's wait again for asus support :(

    Got in touch with Asus support. They told me to reset and keep the default network 192.168.1.x and check if it happens again. Going to test during Christmas time :)

    Hi all, I'm running a DSL-AC750 modem router. I always had some "issues" with WiFi and now I just realized that with 2,4Ghz wifi I can reach a transfer rate of 2,4MB/s between router and my smartphone. With 5Ghz wifi, transfer rate drop to 250KB/s with 100% wifi signal strength. Any idea why...

    Hi all, I setup OpenVpn in the router webgui, imported the .ovpn file in the android app. It works if I use the public ip but if I replace it with DDNS name I have continuously this error: "Server poll timeout, trying next remote entry" How can I make it works with the ddns name?
