The AlternateNames issue was triggered here with the release of Chrome 58. I had to patch my own selfsigned certificate to get the error away. With the adding of the Alternate names it all works again.
With this alpha my IPv6 block from my ISP is not stable anymore. With 380.65.2 everything is working fine, but with the alpha the connection is dropped after some time.
I have reflashed Beta 2 and afterwards a full power cycle and now it seems to working. The previous time I did not power cycle the router, maybe that is the problem.

If you do a IPv6 ping towards Netflix, which IPv6 address is returning? In my case it was 2a01:578:3::364d:a2c1:

If you have SSH access on your Tomato router, you could test if the command ip6tables is available. If so, you could copy and paste the 5 ip6tables lines from the above post and test Netflix after that.
However I don't know if it is possible to keep this settings on your router after a reboot.
