I used Microsoft Edge and everything is loading fully now. I tried disabling ad blockers from chrome and nothing changed.

Model:RT-AX88U Firmware: 386.52 I am trying to enable port forwarding and after turning it on it just shows this. I tried clicking on Add profile, but nothing.
