No issues here on PPPoE, besides the "update in progress" loop when opening the Administration-Firmware update tab.

I confirm this issue, a reboot seems to fix it at least for some time, then it returns. I'll try to see if checking for a newer version triggers this odd behavior.

Restored factory settings. BTW, newest official branch, 384, it's a big improvement. Gigabit speeds on PPPoE are now around 700 Mbps with Ai Protection enabled. Still not as it used to be (900+ Mbps), but definitely a step forward.

I guess the problem is with PPPoE gigabit connections. This is the third consecutive firmware that has serious PPPoE speed issues.

Up until 3.0.0.4.380.7743 for me PPPoE was always reliable and working like a charm.

The issue seems to occur only on PPPoE connections, as I have already pointed out for my AC68U. You'll either stick with the previous official firmware version or use Merlin's latest build, where he reverted BCM6.37's ctf to pre-7743 version as a fix.

Just tried the WPS method with the most recent firmware, same results, download speed is capped at 250 Mbps.

Would you, please, give me more details on clearing NVRAM via SSH command? If I remember well, I sort of did this after a factory reset, then restoring my previous settings via NVRAM User Save/Restore Utility, which asks for a NVRAM restore. How will I find the correct command for my model...
