The ONT is <12" off the ground, on the other side of the wall where the window is.
A bore would put it above the heating...

FiOS ONT outside. Going to move my G1100 gateway close to it and convert to Ethernet with Frontier FCA252 using the existing RG6 to an office.
But I'd rather not drill a hole thru the outside wall.

have a FiOS ONT outside the house, I want to put either a ECB6250 or MAE340 on the inside opposite it.
I'll run Cat6 to the device, then use the existing coax to reach a 2nd ECB6250 or MAE340 at the Gateway1100 router so I can go from 100M to 300M.
Are they both capable or is one better or is...
