Release ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386.40558 (05-Nov-2020)

What's the proper way to fully reset the router? Is it ok to use the initialize settings? And after that, "Format JFFS partition at next boot" is necessary? I don't use any script whatsoever.
