Not fixed on AC68U with firmware 3.0.0.4.386.40558. As long as the nodes assign different IPs, it's unlikely to have "seemless roaming". "Roaming assist" will basically disconnect device when they are far from the current node. The device will reconnect to the nearest node and it will get a new...
