    My Netgear MCA1001s have the option of operating at frequencies below 1GHz (somewhere along 850MHz if I remember) and work well with 1GHz splitters in my house. I'm pretty sure MoCA 1.0/1.1 works fine with these, though you might run into issues with the 2.0 bonded ones. If you have Internet...
