Looks like it. I took the apostrophe out and it works. I can reboot via the button all i want now and the 5ghz radio comes back.

I'm having the same issue as well, except my speed isn't limited to 6mbit. The 5ghz radio worked out of the box, but any reboots (with or without the power button), including after firmware updates kill the radio. A factory reset is the only thing that will bring it back. Pretty annoying
