    found my issue. my GX-D1081 V3 switch was causing the issue. not sure why since its unmanaged. ill be configuring my 3560G-48TS-S this weekend to fix my switch needs.

    will do, thanks. im going to reinstall my Cisco RV110W and see if it makes a difference. if it does then it maybe time to upgrade to an AC router.

    testing using wired. when i did the reset, i did the power off, hold the WPS button, power on then wait 10 seconds and then hold the reset button for 10 seconds. i also did the power off hold the reset button the power on for the rescue mode. ill look over you links and see if those can help...
