Customised Dynamic DNS ASUS RT-AC66U

I'm coming from a Draytek router that had the DD-WRT firmware installed. I had set up a script on my web server to update a DNS record and my old router had the option to specify custom dynamic dns via a simple HTTP request. URL/authentication etc. Is this possible with the ASUS? It seems...
