Just use Tailscale. I installed Tailscale in AMTM and it worked immediately. Tailscale seems to be the superior product, at least if getting something that immediately works out of the box is what you want.
Exact same error. Trying on GT-AXE1600.
Hangs on Starting V6 Control Plane. and gives the same error if I try the zerotier-cli info command while the hang isn't finished.
Nothing special in my settings, I just changed to Load Balance and set 1:1.
It seems like an extremely buggy feature. It will break for me if you even change a WiFi setting and reboot the router. What you have to do is unplug the second WAN cable, let it grab an IP and connect (it'll show...
I'm just trying to understand it from a networking perspective. I'm assuming the entire community has a central Fiber ONT as the IP is the same for everyone, and from there it goes to switches at each building and then 2 lines into each unit.
Maybe it's just showing the extra bandwith on...
From my reading, I should not be experiencing more than 1Gbps on a single speed test. Here's my situation:
At my apartment complex we pay for 1Gbps/1Gbps Fiber. Fiber seemingly comes into a central switch outside each building. Then 2 drops are made into each apartment, one to ceiling AP and...
I've read all the reviews, searched all the sites, but finding clearcut plain information about raw specs of these things is actually kind of hard. I'm basically wondering of the spec differences between these two.
CPU, memory antenna power, all of it.
If you had a single GT-AXE16000 and a...
Thank you. I've actually been messing around a bit, as I was able to snag a deal on a GT-AXE16000. I think it will offer me more flexibility for the future and line me up for more control. Still needs to be seen whether it's better in AIMesh or AP Mode (still can't really find what the...
If I added the ET12 as a normal AP I could configure each radio yes? Then I guess I could make same 2.4GHz and 5-1GHz SSIDs configured on different channels and accomplish basically the same thing?
Title is basically it.
I have an XT12 in the central area of my apartment. 2.4GHz set up for my IoT, cell phones and Google Home speakers connect to 5GHz-1, and 5GHz-2 set up specifically for PCVR and VR headsets.
I purchased an ET12 and positioned it in my Office. Ethernet backhaul enabled...
