I am also need vertical format and BE92U doesn;t sound like the router, AX88U Pro is available, a bit overpriced and it's older, not sure how long it will be supported..

These are for family members, I am using Gl.inet with ONT from ISP that works pretty well. I left my AX6000 behind when I moved.
Need to help all of them with secure DNS etc. see how that goes, I don't think I will try flashing to RMerlin remotely...
For family that would probably just use stock software, is the BE88U a good choice, or stick with an AX router? I'd like to set them up with ControlD DNS
It's 11th gen Intel Acer laptop, originally came with AX201 that was having issues replaced with AX210 and worked for 9 months, now just yellow bang error 43 and 10 in device manager.
I notice no power management tab for the adapter and only Acer power management available in advanced power...
Since it is running this version of Merlin, could the system log tell if it it working correct? the router is very inexpensive, but I would try the tool first probably, House is being tented for termites today, so nothing for a couple days.
If it works well for the next week, I may leave it alone, otherwise I can always grab a new one locally. i may try the rescue tool, haven't decided, I'll be here a few more days. I didn't know about the rescue tool until latest Merlin was working well
