    thank you for the graphs this is exactly the same problem I'm having for the same reason. I'm curious to know what you do have adjusted for your settings now that you have figured out QoS is not real on the 3100s?

    Yes default firmware unfortunately I do not know where to find or how to even install any other firmware at this point. Thanks for the advice though anything would help I'm sure at the moment

    So I've got an RT AC88U for my house of about 15 users with multiple devices each. Normally I have over 30 devices connected and I'm getting 1 gb bandwidth from my provider. Speedtest.net says I'm getting around 400 mbps dl and around 40 mbps ul speeds.i am connected through a cat6 ethernet cord...
