I'ts not our IT department blocking it. And.. I'm the it dep. myself. Its blocked by a higher level department. We are under a fortiguard network. After some mil lit ar y c ou p thing happened in our country they restricted pretty much everything.

My work network blocked port 21 but i have some other ports available. My modem is AC52U. I must cahange the port 21. So far.. I can connect to modem via telnet and i can use some commands. Can someone just give me a clue which file i should edit to change that port. Thank you.
