    NS4300N crashed during firmware updates

    i was installing the updates on my ns4300n yesterday, and everything seemed to be going smooth until about the third firmware update. the box rebooted, but never came back up. the network light is green, but the other light is red. i can't get into it to do anything...i've tried taking it...
