Release Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.8_4 is now available

I did a dirty upgrade from 8_2 about a week ago on my 3 RT-AX88U devices and all seemed fine. I soon began to see issues with several of my IOT devices (use Smartthings for home automation). I saw some discussion on here from others having bind issues which sounded similar to my problems. What I...

Looking for feedback: Anyone considering AiCloud important to them?

I have a slightly different opinion... We are all adults (supposedly) and can make decisions for ourself. If we are informed of issues (risks) then we can decide and move on. If removing the feature creates more work for Eric then I suggest it be left alone.

    AX86S Wireguard-Problem

You need to post a lot more info for people to help you - what is the subnet address for your client machine? What is the subnet address for the server LAN? What is the config on both client and server?

Want to make sure that I understand your layout... First, you are using a remote machine running what version of openvpn? Can you post that config? Next, on her router have you checked the configuration (both the general tab - make sure that "Client will use VPN to access" is set to either "LAN"...

    Wireless much slower than wired.

Disable Universal Beamforming, in 2.4 professional change preamble to short, minor but change DTIM Interval to 1 (default)

    Wireless much slower than wired.

You can do something as simple as a print screen (on a Windows machine) and edit it in something like Paint... It all depends on the platform you are using to access the router.

    Wireless much slower than wired.

You should post your settings (both general and professional tabs) for 2.4 and 5 before anyone can make suggestions...

Thanks for the reply... I do not understand the double NAT issue... I simply removed the old router and plugged this one into the same fiber modem. I also rebooted the modem to make sure... What have I done wrong?
