    Newish development: Just tried connecting to my home VPN from my workplace wifi (on my Android phone), and everything appears to be working as expected.     Thank you @L&LD ! While I had OpenVPN working with UDP on my old router, I'll give TCP a try later to see if there is any difference. Will follow up when time permits.
