[bug collecting] IPTV issues with recent firmware

I had tried to enable TalkTalk (VDSL) IPTV on the ASUS RT-AC3200 with some success, but some channels worked and some not, quite randomly it seemed. I had set up the Netgear DM200 modem, which was clearly providing Internet and IPTV to the WAN port, but the RT-AC3200 was not using it properly...
