Hi I have a D-Link 4 bay NAS and I am trying to install 3TB drives. I also have a DNS-345 that accepts 3TB drives. It will not initialise any disks. It gets to 40% or up to 60% then says it has failed. I have tried several disks and I have updated firmware. Any help would be appreciated
