These are the instructions to make it boot on startup:
ipkg update
ipkg upgrade
ipkg install http://tinyurl.com/mjpg-streamer-r63-2
rm /opt/etc/init.d/K99webcam
wget -c -O /opt/etc/init.d/S99mjpg-streamer...
