Definitely not the antennas, I highly doubt two BE98 would have attenna issues. It hasn't disconnected yet after manually selecting channels etc. Will wait and see.

Smart connect is enabled by default, can't seem to disable it. It was an option on the original firmware and now it's disappeared. I even set 2.4ghz only for the IOT and it still all dropped.

I've set channel 6, disabled majority settings and the wifi 7 features on 2.4ghz (I've only done this just after the drop out so yet to see if it's fixed it). sorry could you please link me to the forums couldn't locate them. Would be greatly appreciated.

Wifi 5 no issues. All remain connected on both IOT and main wifi network. Every single 2.4ghz drops from the network at the same time.

I highly doubt it, I have just moved from an AX88U never had this issue. I have about 30 2.4ghz devices ranging from IP cameras to lights. None dropped on AX88U. This issue is persistent with two BE98 (just replaced and same issue). I assume it's either a specific setting or firmware issue...
