Switch Problem + Remote Desktop

ok I think that I have sorted this myself. The remote PC is runing windows 7 and I messed about with the firewall settings and got it working. I figure that the belkin router convinced the pc's that they were all on the same homegroup (I think, as they are not on the same windows domain)...

Switch Problem + Remote Desktop

I have swapped out a router for a switch and now have some issues that I can't figure out. I can't get remotedesktop connection to work but browsing to the other pc's shares work as does printing. My current configuration is ISP -> Router (Cisco) -> Switch (TPlink) -> 3 pc's Its DHCP...
