RT-AX3000 4TB Portable Drive Not Recgonized

Thanks for the quick reply. The drive is not recognized, no USB attached, so the GUI won't let me format it. If there is a way to format via a command line I am unaware. THANKS

    ASUS AIMesh Node dropping intermittently

Sorry...I had listed my equipment in my post that mysteriously vanished...anyway two RT-AC68Us (converted TMs) with one being an AirMesh node with wifi backhaul. Thanks for all the help...going to try switching the control channel on my 5G, see if I can get the remote node to stop disconnecting...

    ASUS AIMesh Node dropping intermittently

Thanks for the reply OE. I thought the backhaul was to use a different, dedicated channel for 5G. or....since the RT-AC68U is only dual band there is no dedicated backhaul?

    ASUS AIMesh Node dropping intermittently

Something happened to my previous post?? Anyway, is there a way to see what channel the AiMesh node is using for backhaul? THANKS

IP-Cam not accessible from LAN with WAN URL

No, I have done full factory resets AND power on holding WPS button. Don't think that will help you.

IP-Cam not accessible from LAN with WAN URL

Not sure why, but running the latest Asus firmware for the AC68U, if I stop port forwarding and apply, and enable port forwarding and apply, loopback will work but for about a day.

    Gotcha...thanks for the feedback.

IP-Cam not accessible from LAN with WAN URL

Tmobile/Asus's TM-AC1900's firmware I assume was based on a version of Asus's firmware. That did not have the DPI engine? I guess the good news is, NAT loopback isn't just totally hosed in your firmware, it's hosed in Asus's as well.

IP-Cam not accessible from LAN with WAN URL

What's funny is NAT loopback worked perfectly in my RT-AC68U when it was a TM-AC1900.

IP-Cam not accessible from LAN with WAN URL

You are exactly correct sir: Save the following commands to the Firewall Script on the Administration->Commands page to fix loopback. insmod ipt_mark insmod xt_mark iptables -t mangle -A PREROUTING -i ! `get_wanface` -d `nvram get wan_ipaddr` -j MARK --set-mark 0xd001 iptables...

IP-Cam not accessible from LAN with WAN URL

On an older router running DD-WRT there was a fix for this issue, running a firewall script.

IP-Cam not accessible from LAN with WAN URL

Welcome to the party. Have seen this exact issue on the 68U running both the latest Marlin non beta and stock Asus firmware. This is called NAT loopback and seems to be extremely buggy.
