What partition type is used in a NAS providing NFS storage? Is it using an NFS partition? That was the example I was trying to give, in contrast to the NTFS formatted disk that I'm using.

I have a vSphere / ESXi 6.0.0 server at home connected to an NFS export on my RT-AC87R. The external drive being used is a newer USB 3.0 Western Digital Passport. Curious as to the reasoning behind this. I found filtering per wireless band very convenient. Why remove this feature?

Starting with 3.0.0.4.378.3813, ASUS removed per-band wireless MAC filtering, replacing it with a single filtering list. Does Asuswrt-Merlin follow the lead of ASUS, or is per-band filtering still present?

That's a disappointing reduction in functionality. I've always preferred a single SSID, and per-band MAC filtering allowed me to better manage my wireless clients. Is there a resource at ASUS for feedback on changes like this?
