    My best guess is that the dynamic or ephemeral ports do not require mapping. Communication is negotiated using the static port assignments and continue on the dynamically assigned port(s). Since this is an existing stateful connection then it should be permitted despite a DENY ANY ANY.

    Asuswrt-Merlin 3.0.0.4.260.21 is out

    I just upgraded and experienced the same situation. Set the Download Master to Disable. (I then upgraded the service but you indicated you are at the latest version.) Then Enable the Download Master service. Should restore your connectivity for the Transmission GUI.
