Thanks, I wasn't aware. I've removed the mini_snmpd package and installed the snmpd and snmp-utils packages. I'm stuck as to how to configure and where to save the files; searching the site hasn't been entirely clear.

That command resulted in "failed." and rebooting the router was also unsuccessful, unfortunately.

Thanks for this! Just to clarify, do we need to delete or otherwise edit any of the other stuff in this file? I've removed the comment from the last line but no go. Edit: from my router log: admin: Failed to start mini_snmpd from /jffs/scripts/post-mount.

As per my recent posts in the main release thread, confirming that exactly as the above happened to me after upgrading to 386.1 - I stupidly left the USB key in.

Is there any way I can inspect the drive to determine what is or isn't there and/or restart SNMP please?

Quite possibly a silly error on my part here (upgrading late at night, on flu medication :/) went from 384.19 to 386.1, left JFFS USB in place - forgot to remove it prior to flashing - was using it for SNMP.. do I need to redo it now? Also, I note that database maintenance etc happens on first...

Back up and going to a point, USB plugged back in, SNMP going again, really bugged by whatever caused this knocking out connectivity to most of my LAN and changing DNS' (from a set up that was working fine) being the only fix. Is there a connectivity check the Asus does I'm not getting here...
