Can I connect a server to an SFP port?
Hi Terry Many thanks for the reply. My switch is a HP Procurve 1810-24G. Hi All! My employer was about to dispose of a HP Switch but they kindly agreed to let me have it. As a complete network novice, I was wondering if it's possible to connect a server/PC to the switch via the SFP port?
