    Ac88U vs AX88U/AX11000 range/coverage

I live in a 2 story Villa (house) and no router could reach the second floor with a reliable or fast connection. I've tried the AC88U before, TP-Link Archer 5400X, Nighthawk X10, and now the AX11000, the range did not improve so I just setup my TP-Link Archer 5400X as an access point upstairs...

Can I setup PLEX Media Server on my RT-AX11000

I have a lifetime subscription to the Plex Media Server which I bought back then when I had a Nighthawk X10. I tried the USB Application in the router which allowed me to setup a public FTP but it sucks because when I'm on my smartphone, I cannot simply stream the movies like Plex allows you to...

[SOLVED] My ISP just upgraded my internet but still capped @ 100MBPS

Yeah what's sad is neither the customer service agent on the phone nor the 2nd tier tech support who called me and made e waste 20 mins testing stuff and rebooting my router ever thought about this. it's the main freakin' thing, they quickly waned to put the blame on me that I wasn't using one...

[SOLVED] My ISP just upgraded my internet but still capped @ 100MBPS

Problem fixed guys. The issue was that main white modem from the ISP which I had was like 5 years old and only supported speed up to 100MBPS so they just put a new box which supports up to 1gbps and now I'm getting the full speed of 250mbps down! Thanks a lot to everyone who posted.

[SOLVED] My ISP just upgraded my internet but still capped @ 100MBPS

I did that but the LAN Connection said Connected: No Internet I guess the router is able to get internet because it's configured with the proper username/pass I'll just wait for the technician to come tomorrow and see what he has to say

[SOLVED] My ISP just upgraded my internet but still capped @ 100MBPS

Update: I just connected my laptop directly to the router via the LAN Cable and still got the same speeds so I guess it's not the router it might probably be that old White box which my router is getting the internet from as it looks ancient it doesn't even have a model number on it that I can...
