Is the Master Browser Feature working correctly for everyone else on the RT-N66? Try running a nbtstat -a against the name of the router if you have that setting enabled with this firmware. Here is what the result should look like, this is from the 354.28:

yeah I tried that basically by flashing _3. Nbtstat no longer finds rt-n66r. I've had to go back to 3.0.0.4_354.28 which works as expected.

My System Log isn't showing any new entries except when changing settings. It use to log all dhcp leases and other things too. Ive emptied my browsers cache, Set the router to defaults by holding the WPS button for 10 seconds while starting up. Still a blank log. Anyone have any idea?

I've only ever tried the stock variety. 3.0.0.4.246 has been the most reliable for me.

Just an update. That specific box definitely does NOT work as a backup device for a Synology 213+(Im guessing it won't work with any Synology model). Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and switch to usb 3.0.
