    Upgraded my GT-BE98 Pro to 3006.102.4 from the beta3 and noticed the wireless driver downgrade? System Info now shows Nov 22 2024 19:05:11 version 17.10.369.39012 (r839077) BSPv1W13 for all the wireless drivers, but on beta3 and prior it was something from Feb 2025? Haven't noticed any...

    Option to add IPv6 addresses to bridge interface

    Well like I said that's why I add the cronjob to constantly add back the ULA every minute. If it already exists, it doesn't add it again, and if it's missing it puts it back. Works like a charm.

    Mom' made the house go wireless, so got rid of AX86u Pro and AC86, bought a ASUS RT-BE92U

    Depending how you're streaming said files, you may need to tweak some settings in whatever-that-is... my Shield Pro 2019 is connected via 5GHz at -56dBm and 866/866 Mbps (which is the maximum possible speed that device can support), pulls down ~480 Mbps (tested with Analiti) and plays everything...

    Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 3004.388.8 beta is now available

    If you were able to traceroute and ping from within the router then your Internet connection from the router to the world was/is fine. The problem would be with the client device(s). Are they getting IP addresses from the router? Proper DNS? Definitely not an issue with the firmware itself.

    No reason the nodes can't be on Merlin as well. Mine are and always have been whether RT-AC5300s or, now, GT-AX11000s. The main routers were both on Merlin when I originally added the nodes, too. No problems at all. Don't know why I continually see this being suggested. I get that the AIMesh...

    I just tried this check and it worked fine for me. Not really sure why you'd be trying that though if on RMerlin firmware. What upstream DNS is your router using? I'm using Quad9. Also, FWIW, I have one AIMesh node (also another GT-AX11000) on RMerlin firmware as well with no issues whatsoever...

    This is the first time I've ever received an error like this before. If it comes down to it I'll have to wait until I'm near the routers in person before I can upgrade them. May try again or wait until the next beta/final and see what that does.

    I haven't. Unfortunately I'm not local to either router but was trying to upgrade them over VPN, which has worked fine in the past. Risky, I know.

    Getting the same error when attempting to upgrade two of my RT-AC5300 routers to 386.5 beta1 from 386.4 which they've been running solid on for 48+ days. Downloaded the beta twice just in case something happened with the first file, but same error. Also rebooted both and tried again with no luck

    Tutorial Installing Rtorrent on AsusWrt Merlin routers through Entware

    Is there any sort of conflict with trying to run this along with the ad blocking using lighthttpd as well? This post? http://forums.smallnetbuilder.com/showthread.php?t=16060 When I followed the guide for installing rtorrent, was unable to access the website.

    DNScrypt + Merlin?

    Is it possible to also modify this for use with IPv6 as well as v4? A little bit back, I tried modifying it with some sample scripts I saw online, as dnscrypt does support IPv6, but it wouldn't launch correctly for me.
