    Correct and that's what I want to happen. My devices will separate from devices connected to the primary router. No need for my devices to connect with anything on the primary LAN actually I want to keep separate. Just need to get to the "cloud" lol. Thanks!

    TP link Archer c9 or asus rt-ac68u

    I am planning on purchasing one and currently I'm leaning towards the TP-Link C9 because it's a bit cheaper but I've has such great success with the asus routers (56U and 66R) that I don't want to be disappointed with he C9 but the reviews show that it's a great router as well.     Asus RT-N66U 2.4g and 5g best settings

    I'm running the 3.0.0.4.376.3861 firmware and I'm not hitting the top speed for 2.4Ghz (300mbps) or 5Ghz (450Mbps). I have the channel bandwidth set to auto 20/40Mhz, would setting it to 40 only fix that probelm?
