    Why do you use ASUSWRT-Merlin?

    Nothing new here.. Just as many others said, stability, extra features, JFFS boot scripts, community support and i KNOW performance wise is better as well.

    As Merlin said; make sure the built-in ftp module is disabled. If disabled there should be no conflicts with ports 20-21 for the non buit-in ftp server. Apparently you did not change the configuration the last time with the older firmware, so for now go to the menu of the router gui. Go to...

    No. But as Merlin said, do not use port 443 when AIcloud is enabled bcuz this will cause errors. @prism break I guess you mean port forwarding to a specific port:confused:

    ASUS RT-N66U new firmware version 178

    Im not impressed with the latest update's and no AIcloud so there could be another update coming soon. Ill stick with .162 Merlin's version wich is the best so far imo
