Update the router randomly stopped booting so I downgraded again and unplugged and bought a new openwrt linskys WiFi 7 router and it’s excellent no problems

Big thanks to ExtremeFiretop for helping me and showing me a very dangerous but effective method on how to flash it 👍

Don’t think ASUS will accept the warranty as the device is from the us and I’m in the uk they basically said to go to newegg and that the warranty is only covered under local warranty

Ran the tool and I have 3 bad blocks 😭 just my luck

I’ll send the whole log when I try again thanks for the info, I did also use the ASUS restore tool

After failed update it changes my ssid to some random numbers and my guest networks multiply I’ve attached the image and router log

Will send them as soon as I can try the process again

Sadly no luck I even tried forcing the update using recovery mode but that just puts the pro into a bootloop tried even changing to default firmware and it does the same so just stuck on 3006.102.2_2

My GT-BE98 Pro is refusing to upgrade for some reason I’ve factory reset and tried but it keeps coming up as 3006.102.2_2 and I’ve also set the ram setting to bypass downgrade blocking

This isn’t needed just another overpriced product
