I guess we have a same issue. Downgrading to 58.0 should fix it.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

I always factory reset, since i don't really use any special settings and my net ip is dinamic too so. I've tried but it was a dead end, I couldn't finish a 40 minute movie, I lost my sources one by one, first WMP, then AllShare, then Serviio. Serviio managed to come back sometimes (If I...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

I'm gonna go and give it one more try then, testing AllShare, WMP share and Serviio, and gonna try to watch a couple of movies. My TV is a 7500 tho which makes it to belong to series 8. (Not sure thats relevant.)

Look I also make free programs for a living. However since I work from home, if my router is not working properly then i can't push out content. Hence I would like to skip beta firmwares, when i updated to 59.0 I reported my issues with it, now I upgraded to 61.0 (tought my issues are probably...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

Since I'm using Samsung AllShare my options are kinda limited. I'm not saying that my dlna is perfect, I'm just stating that 58.0 is handling that "broken" dlna perfectly and anything newer is not.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

I'm not sure, but since mine is a 7500 series, it could be totally different.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

I doubt it, since I was having this issues since a long time even with the stock firmware just not that frequently, then i used custom firmware and everything was fine untill 59.0 then something changed to the minidlna and I'm having issues with any 58+ firmware again. The only related changes...

So i should be happy even if it's not working for me just because it's free. Okay. Also I fail to see any hate here. I raised my concerns and I got jumped on for no reason.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

Well I'm deeply sorry that i reported a damn bug, now I'm gonna throw out my 5 grand TV just because I wasn't grateful enough. And every other Samsung user should just die too. I guess it takes a miracle in the 21th century to send data between 2 IP addresses, I'll just wait for the next...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

I wouldn't care if i didn't had to rollback, but i did. But you are suggesting me to download and modify a firmware thats causing issues for me, just so i can downgrade from it? Makes no sense.

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

How come it works perfectly with 58.0 then? I can watch movies for months without any issue, but as soon as I try a newer firmware I get drops all the time. Also I don't think the issue is with the TV connection itself, the router can see the TV perfectly all the time and I don't loose the net...

[Release] Asuswrt-Merlin 380.61 is now available

I wouldn't like to try out beta firmwares in a work environment, specially not if it's like this and a pain in the butt to revert. I've also regret putting this one up already. With 380.58_0 I don't have any issues streaming stuff, any newer vesion drops the source after random 5-15-30 minutes...

This version still dropping media streaming services, and now you can't flash back older firmwares only the hard way. This is retarded.
