My USB drives keep dying with my AC86U router. What is reliable brand?

I've now had 2 different Sandisk USB drives die after a few months of being plugged into my AC86-U, can anyone recommend a good brand that will last for a good long while? I use Diversion and recently installed Skynet. Thanks
