    Thanks, I suspected it was firmware bug If this "error" is just cosmetic, I prefer to stick with the latest firmware for security reasons Hopefully they will fix this in next firmware

    thanks for the reply the external hd has been connected to my router for a couple of month and I never had any problem (still now it's working without any problem) I wonder if it started after my last firmware upgrade and if some other folks on this board had the same issue
