    Nas on the cheap?

    I have several 3.5" IDE drives sitting around. I am looking to set up NAS on the cheap. I have 3 Windows XP machines. I will be hooking up the NAS by CAT5 to my router. What enclosure and software should I use? RAID is not necessary but if it can be setup on the cheap, then I am all for it...
