    Any known issues regarding AC2900/RT-AC86U 2.4 GHz radio malfunction?

    My 2.4Ghz band went out completely. I never had anything plugged into either USB port.

    RT-AC86U 2.4Ghz Can't Connect

    After ~6 weeks, my 2.4GHz band went out tonight (posted about it in another thread). I'm still within the Amazon return period, so the replacement will be here WED.

    My RT-AC86U made it just over 6 weeks before the 2.4GHz band completely bailed on me tonight. If I don't run it in dual mode, I can at least keep my 5Ghz stuff online. 2.4GHz doesn't even broadcast. As soon as I go dual mode, the entire thing goes out and nothing can connect. Factory resets...

    ASUS RT-AC88U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.384.45149

    LOL. New (less than two weeks old) RT-AC86U (master) and new (same) RT-AC88U (node) were working find in AiMesh. As soon as I upgraded both to 45149, the RT-AC88U node refused to stay connected (offline). TWICE I completely removed it, did a factory reset, and added it back. No change.
