Tri Band - Dual 5ghz same ssid?

Received a TP-Link ac5400 tri band with two 5ghz radios. I read somewhere this router will manage connections between the two 5ghz channels automatically, but it doesn't say if you should name to two 5ghz ssid's the same or not. Any advice would be appreciated.
